OUR
FABRICS

By using fabrics created with ECONYL® regenerated nylon, the cycle of our swimwear begins in the ocean and on land with waste recovery. Teams of divers work around the world to recover various marine litter, most commonly discarded fishing nets, which can trap marine life and remain a threat for up to 500 years. In addition, both pre and post consumer goods such as fabric scraps from mills and carpets destined for landfills contribute to the collected materials which are then made into virgin quality nylon and thus the ECONYL® yarn is formed.

Using sustainable materials offers several environmental benefits such as: reduced energy use, lower greenhouse gas emissions, protection of natural resources, water-use reduction, improvement of air quality and waste reduction.

With every 10,000 tons of ECONYL® raw fabric produced, 70,000 barrels of crude oil are saved and 65,000 tons of CO2 emissions are avoided.

Our mission is to prove how viable environmentally friendly products and packaging are in the fashion industry. By preserving ocean health as a mandate of our company we can promote healthy consumerism and allow our customers to have a more meaningful connection towards the products they own.
